Your New Picture Tool

As Terms of Service (TOS) across online platforms change, sex workers are at the frotlines of those affected by these new rules. It’s no secret we constantly are shadowbanned and get kicked from social media such as Instagram.

What if I told you there was a tool that helped you identify if Instagram was going to remove your content? If you could protect your account by using this tool, would you or do you see it as artistic restraint? Since so many of us are posting or sharing content about Only Fans, its safe to assume that you’ve seen the warning message Instagram will push you if you post anything related.

This is because they are scanning what you post as you post it and not just the image overall, but specific details and even the capability to read messages on the screen. Even text such as a poster on the wall or maybe a saying on your socks, anything that is visible in frame is being scanned.

Not sure exactly what an API is? When you use an app on your phone, it connects to the internet and sends data to a server. Collecting that data the server then reads it, figures out what command to do and sends it back to your phone. Interpreting that data, the app then presents you with the results in a more readable way.

To use this tool, follow along with me:

-You upload your picture in the gray box where it says “Drag Image File here”

-Do the CAPTCHA

-Under TRY API see the categories “Labels, Text, Properties, Safe Search” these are important. Most importantly of them all is the last one scroll over to Safe Search

-Your image will be rated on a sliding scale and you want to make sure ADULT and RACY are not in the high category.

Because of this, I might consider not uploading this picture and finding another that passes the test as RACY is in a high risk category. If you scroll between the categories you can see how it can read your shirt, poster behind you or even maybe a piece of paper you’re not noticing in the background. It’s interesting to see how advanced a simple little free tool like this is, and leaves a lot to wonder about larger companies and what type of tools they have in their tool belts.

Next time you want to post on Instagram and make sure you don’t get flagged, make sure to use this tool!

Allyson

As a stripper and webcam model of 14 years I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others about the industry. One thing that was apparent from the beginning was how very few places had our best interests in mind. I started succexxxful (pronounced successful just a lil spicier) as a "How To" content based site to answer questions, and changed direction when I realized how I could truly help. By offering adult entertainers better solutions to insurance information and resources I’ve created a platform designed for a chance to feel equal, secure and educated.
